Q: Is the quoted price inclusive?
A: Yes. The quoted price includes the cost of the apartment, utilities (water and power) and taxes. Q: Can I pay by bank transfer? A: No, you can only pay by credit card or PayPal. This is to avoid any inaccuracy in the payment figure, an error which frequently occurs in bank transfers. Q: Can I change my arrival and departure dates one day before? A: No, you can only change your arrival and departure dates at the latest 2 weeks prior to your arrival, subject to availability of the apartment or studio you requested. Q: Are all the apartments and studios fully furnished? A: Yes, all apartments and studios are fully furnished. Q: Do you provide airport transfers? A: No, but you can make an enquiry to the owner of the apartment about airport transfer provision. Q: Are all apartments or studios easily accessible? A: Yes, all of our apartments on our list are located in the centre, near tourism destinations and CBD (IIe St Louis, Montparnasse, Mondmartre, Champs Elysees, St Germain des Pres, Place des Marais-Vosges, Arc de Triomphe). They are within walking distance of the RER Station, Paris Metro Station, or Paris bus terminal. Q: Are all of your apartments comfortable? A: Yes, all of the apartments on our list are comfortable and pleasant. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Cancellation can be made at the latest 3 months prior to a tenant's arrival date. Any payments that have been made are not refundable if the cancellation is made less than 3 months prior to the tenant's arrival. Q: Can I bring a pet? A: Animals are not allowed in the apartment, except by prior arrangement between a tenant and the apartment owner.
